Refunds and returns.

 

We sincerely hope that you are happy with any purchase you make with us. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your item(s) for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange.

All items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging

- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

Returns Process

Exchanging an item

- If you would like to exchange your item for an alternative, please email us at hello@theespressoclubltd.com to let us know which design you would like to exchange for – please state your original order number in your email.

You will need to return your original item and we will invoice/refund any difference in price for your exchange via Paypal. An additional post-out charge is applicable.

Faulty items

- If your item is faulty, please return it complete with all labelling and packaging for a complete and full refund. Please email us at hello@theespressoclubltd.com to get in touch about your faulty item and obtain our returns address. Please include your name, order number, the fault, images of the fault, and the date you ordered your item(s) in your email.

Returning items

- If you would like to return your item for any other reason, please return it with all labelling and packaging for a full refund. Please email us at hello@theespressoclubltd.com to obtain our returns address. Please include your name, order number and date you ordered your item(s) in your email.

- We strongly recommend that you use a traceable delivery service.

We will process any refunds within 7-10 working days following receipt of your return order. Return shipping fees will be the customer's responsibility. We recommend that you request proof of postage as we can't be liable for any items which go missing in the post. Your items should reach us in an undamaged condition.
